The fourth of July

So we went to the beach for the fourth. It started raining in the car, but we all voted and decided to keep driving anyway. This was our third attempt to go to the beach where it started raining on the way!

We met up with our friends, Brian and Lisa Amey with their two kids. Lisa's dad owns a condo three blocks from the beach. It was gray and cloudy when we got there, so Lisa took us crabbing! It was so much fun, and we caught about 20 crabs! Okay, well, Becca wasn't thrilled with the mud everywhere, and the crabs freaked her out. Later we ate our crabs with shrimp alfredo, yummo! It was very memorable, that is for sure. I wish I had taken pictures of it!
